Christmas in Delaware
We spent the majority of the holiday in Delaware with my parents. We visited with relatives, ate lots of good home-cooked food and played with playdoh--a lot. Micah was overwhelmed with all the new stuff to look at and play withm as you can see in this video. Anyway, here are a few photos from our first few days there. Photos of Christmas Day to come tomorrow.

Christmas in Minnesota
We celebrated Christmas twice this year, a little early in Minnesota since we were in Delaware for the actual day. We didn't expect to have a white Christmas in both places, but we did! Here are a few photos from Mark & Katie's where we were staying. It's supposed to be record cold here in Arkansas this week. Here's hoping we get a little of the white stuff even all the way down here.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
Micah, getting his groove on
Well readers, there's just too much to put it all in one post. So I'm breaking the holiday photos up into sections. Today's will be "wedding" ! Minnesota was the first stop on our trip so that we could attend Josh and Amanda's wedding! The ceremony was lovely, the reception was fun and Micah especially enjoyed the dancing and the following day, his first ever dip in the hotel pool. Thank you, swim diapers! We have a new sister-in-law/aunt! Micah did manage to make his way down the aisle as requested, albeit without his alotted teddy bear and at more of a running clip than a nice stroll. But he made it. Mission accomplished. I scooped him up and we escaped to the observation room upstairs before the bride made her entrance. Katie and the girls and Micah and I spent the ceremony up there, able to see everything and not having to worry about the noise the kids made while they played--a good compromise. Dan performed his best man duties admirably, including a nice toast. We celebrated Christmas the next day, so that will be tomorrow's topic. I hope you all had a wonderful holiday season too!
